Mor Eldar is the director of the internationally renowned Sam Spiegel International Film and Series Labs. The labs are an initiative of the Sam Spiegel Film and Television school, one of the best 15 schools worldwide, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The International Film Lab is a leading force in the development of narrative feature films - many of it's developed films have received the most prestigious accolades- from Lazlo Nemes's Academy Award winning "Son of Saul" to alumna Antonenta Kusijanovic Camera d’Or for her JSFL developed "Murina" , and  Shuchi Talati "Girls will be Girls" winning the audience award in Sundance, and more. 148 Films were developed and 80% of the ones that were produced took part in A List Festivals.

In 2022 we launched the Series lab, with 8 wonderful projects each year, from Israeli best new talents, which is a collaboration with Netflix, "New Mandate", The Jerusalem Municipality, The Sam Spiegel Estate and more.
